How We Helped Them
Dole Plantation was looking for some assistance with their online store and their POS system. There were two main issues with the current online store. The first issue was that Magento is very difficult to use if you are not super familiar with the inner workings of how it works. The next issue is that their store was built on a sub domain and you were redirected to that sub domain. Not the best way to instill confidence from your customers. Instead of fixing Magento we decided to implement WooCommerce directly into their existing website. Wow what a difference that made. From making maybe 5 or so purchases a day they are now over 20 or so and growing!
Once we had a grasp of their e-commerce we have since helped them to update their online tours and attractions process and are starting on Search Engine Optimization services starting on the 1st of the year. I am looking forward to a long relationship with both Dole Plantation and Castle and Cooke.
